Terms and Conditions of Website Use
Last updated: 13 September 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using veridianengsolutions.com (the “site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
The site is an informational overview of Veridian Engineering Solutions and the engineering services we provide. It is marketing material. It is not an offer to perform services, a bid, a proposal, or a binding commitment of any kind. Any engagement between us will be governed by a separate written agreement.
3. No engineering advice and no professional relationship
Nothing on this site constitutes professional engineering advice or a professional engineering opinion, and nothing on this site should be relied upon in the design, construction, operation, modification, inspection or maintenance of any facility, system or item of equipment.
Viewing the site, sending us an email, or telephoning us does not create an engineer-client relationship. No material on this site is a certified, sealed or stamped engineering deliverable. Engineering judgement depends on site-specific conditions, applicable codes and standards, and information that is not available to us until we are formally engaged.
References to codes and standards on the site — including ASME, API, ANSI, IEEE, NEC, IBC, NFPA, OSHA, IEC, HACCP, GMP, ISO, FDA and ATEX — identify the frameworks within which we work. They are not representations that any particular design, drawing or description on the site complies with any of them.
4. Project descriptions
Projects described on the site reflect work performed by Veridian and by our senior engineers over the course of their careers, including work performed at previous firms. Client identities are withheld under obligations of confidentiality. Descriptions are summarised for illustration and are not complete statements of scope. Past project outcomes do not guarantee or predict results on any future project.
Project descriptions are illustrative summaries and are not engineering advice. They must not be relied upon in the design, construction, operation, modification, inspection or maintenance of any facility, system or item of equipment. See clause 3.
5. Accuracy and availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not represent that it is. Content may be changed, supplemented or removed at any time without notice, and the site may be unavailable from time to time. Technical descriptions and standards named on the site may be superseded.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, drawings, schematics, illustrations, photographs, layout, design and underlying source code — is owned by Veridian Engineering Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
“Veridian Engineering Solutions” and our logo are our trademarks. Third-party names, standards designations and trademarks referred to on the site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
7. Permitted and prohibited use
You may view, download and print pages from the site for the purpose of evaluating our services. You may not:
- Copy, republish, sell or commercially redistribute any part of the site
- Use content from the site to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models
- Scrape, harvest or extract data from the site by automated means
- Frame or mirror the site, or remove any proprietary notice from it
- Interfere with, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
8. Unsolicited submissions
Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information before a confidentiality agreement is in place. Information sent to us before then is not treated as confidential simply by virtue of having been sent, and we assume no obligation with respect to it. If you wish to share confidential project information, contact us and we will put a suitable agreement in place first.
9. Third-party links
The site contains links to third-party websites, including our LinkedIn company page. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for them. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veridian Engineering Solutions and its officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under California law. This clause does not apply to liability arising under a separate written services agreement between us, which is governed by its own terms.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veridian Engineering Solutions and its officers, employees and contractors from any claim, damage, loss or reasonable legal cost arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
13. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
15. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Veridian concerning your use of the site, and do not modify any separate written agreement governing the provision of services.
